Orchid took on the planning of these four magical days in Cascais, Portugal. From guest’s transportation and accommodation to designing every intricate detail of each one of the 4 events and providing exceptional entertainment, we took our expertise to Portugal and sourced the best suppliers and venues to make the celebrations unique and unforgettable.
An elegant and relaxed welcome party at a Golf Club House, an afternoon of tea and Mendhi for 50 ladies close to the bride, an evening of singing, dancing and fireworks at a joint Sangeet and Mendhi Celebration on the pool terrace of a luxury hotel, a beach party in a local club transformed for the occasion into a Nikki Beach and finally the wedding celebration under a fully see-through marquee. Every guest was personally greeted at the airport by a member of the Orchid team, they each found a goodie basket in their hotel bedroom together with a letter welcoming them to Cascais and informing them of the order of events.
