Part of being an event planner is finding the perfect venue and with our offices based in London, we are constantly surrounded by incredible venues. London is full of unique and beautiful venues; one of our favorites is the Sky Garden.

The Sky Garden is located at the top of the Walkie-Talkie building: the fifth tallest building in the City of London, offering incredible views of the city and beyond.

 

The Sky Garden is the tallest public garden in London, making it the perfect place to entertain guests surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, while still having magical views over the city of London. The garden was designed by talented landscape architects Gillespies and then installed by Wilerby Landscapes and they have been able to capture a beautiful garden which feels as if it is floating above London’s skyline. The garden is full of a range of different flowers, trees and shrubs that flower at different times of year, making sure the garden is always looking magical.

 

The venue offers exceptional panoramic views of the City of London from a perspective like no other venue does. These undisrupted views of the iconic landmarks of London and hustle and bustle of the city below can be observed from the peace and tranquillity of the gardens. The venue space offers extraordinary views over London and no matter the weather; they don’t disappoint ensuring your venue has the perfect back drop for your guests to admire.

The Sky Garden offers exceptional event space with rooms to host up to 475 guests. The Sky garden offers exclusive hire of floors 35 and 36, which includes exclusive access to all public areas across these two floors, offering your guests beautiful panoramic views over London, set within a beautifully designed garden. The exclusive hire can host 300 guests for dinner and 475 for a drinks reception. The venue can offer a variety of food and drinks options from canapés to sit down dinners.

 

The City Garden situated on level 36 can also be hired and can hold receptions for up to 300 guests and 80 guests for dinner. To enter the City Garden you go through the gardens which can be used to create the perfect setting for your event. This area can be a blank canvas waiting for you to put your stamp on it, allowing your event to be different from the last.

The Vinoly Room is also available as event space. This room is the smallest of the Sky Gardens event space but it doesn’t compromise on views or ‘wow’ factor. The Vinoly room was named after architect Rafael Vinoly and has been discreetly incorporated into the Fenchurch Restaurant comfortably seating 16 guests, making it the perfect venue for a small intimate celebration.

This distinctive and individual building and venue provides some incredible venue space offering panoramic views of the city unlike any other venue.
