A Winter Wonderland Bat Mitzvah…

Orchid Events recently completed a unique winter wonderland with a unique twist for a special Bat Mitzvah in London. Ensuring that our client celebrated their coming of age in style, we put a lot of hard work into making sure their event was a memorable one.  

To start the event, guests arrived via a traditional red double decker London bus, creating a twist to the theme and providing the guests with a unique mode of transport to the event. On arrival to the event, guests were greeted by fairies dressed in beautifully embellished outfits. Alongside these exquisitely dressed fairies were the horse guards, who were impeccably dressed in their uniform, adding yet another twist to the theme. These twists in the theme added excitement for the guests as they were never sure what was coming next, which was a good way to keep them on their toes.

The venue was dressed beautifully with incredible white floral arrangements, including hints of purple popping throughout the room. These floral arrangements created an enchanting atmosphere for the celebration to take place in. The flowers created a magical feeling as if the room had just seen snow.

Candles were scattered throughout the venue creating a warming glow which added to the unique winter wonderland theme. These candles added a beautiful golden glow to the room, creating the feeling of a fire on a cold winter’s night.

The personal touch of the wishing tree was loved by everyone and left some great memories for the clients to remember for a long time to come. This interactive element of the event was a huge success with people surrounding it and the writing of memorable notes took place all night long.

The entertainment went down a treat at this event. The entertainment was a big part of adding a twist to the theme. By having hip hop dancers entertain guests and raise the energy on the dance floor, we ensured guests were enjoying themselves all night long all whilst adding a twist which the children enjoyed, making the event more modern and enjoyable for the guests. The crystal manipulators that circulated during the canapés were a hit and captured everyone’s attention, creating a magical atmosphere which complemented the décor of the event. The fairies and ice queens who walked around the dance floor, kept the theme alive during the night, whilst ensuring the guests had a good time.
