Corporate Events planned down to the last detail.

Here at Orchid Events, we are generally renowned for throwing lavish Asian Weddings and wonderful Bar & Bat Mitzvahs. However, unbeknownst to some, we do also plan and organise corporate events, meeting the client’s every need.

One event of note is a cricket tournament we organised, which was spread over 4 days. Every detail, from the organisation of the team to ensuring every guest and player had breakfast, lunch and dinner, was planned by Orchid Events. As shown in the pictures below, the event was pulled off seamlessly and no detail was lost. Despite the large scale of the event, every table was still pristine, and the flair we put into our corporate events is clearly visible from the perfect centrepieces and sports-related touches, tying the whole atmosphere and event together.

We have also thrown an office warming party for Kleinwort Benson, a private banking and wealth management firm, which was deeply appreciated and was praised by all. Despite the demanding environment, we were able to ensure the client’s wishes were met and no detail was missed.

Our sister company, Music by Arrangement solely manages many entertainment acts including Xtatic, a renowned function band. Xtatic has been involved in a variety of events, some of which include corporate events. The band played at a breast cancer charity event, and was met with great success. Xtatic was also involved in the Royal Wedding celebration in Trafalgar Square, where they performed. Furthermore, between the band members, they have performed for Beverly Knight, Van Morrison, Razorlight, Incognito, The Bee Gees, Lulu, Mica Paris and Seal.
